UniLED has an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Manager to join the business. This is a pivotal role managing the comms infrastructure, network and company security.

Job description

UniLED are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise and coordinate with all 3rd party suppliers
  • Resolve technical issues with the infrastructure both on-site, in the cloud and at the remote screen sites
  • Be responsible for new technical deployments
  • Liaise with the business in regards to change management RFC submission
  • Be first point of contact for all Linus and network issues across the business
  • Deliver some Devops requirements to the Development team
  • Be first point of contact for security breaches/alerts/monitoring for back-end infrastructure
  • Manage the technical roadmap of improvements and additional functionality inline with business requirements
  • Training of Linus/aws/networking to technical team
  • Conduct RCA on recurring issues

Skills & experience


  • Network Management
  • AWS
  • Linux
  • Firewall, routing and switching


  • Expert understanding of Linux operating system
  • Some exposure to AWS and cloud components

  • Intermediate understanding of firewalling, routing and switching
  • Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Experience managing multiple remote locations preferred
