UniLED has an exciting opportunity for a Data Administrator to join the data team, which sits within the software division.

The technology provides campaign-specific, play-out accountability, enabling advertisers, agencies, media buyers and owners to monitor their DOOH campaigns and maximise their performance. 

Job description

As a Data Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring clients are supplied with campaign playout data and  ensuring campaigns are showing the correct data. You will be liaising with stakeholders and investigating campaign issues and finding solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up, manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns for global brands across a variety of markets
  • Generate reports and analyse campaign metrics to track campaign performance. Turn campaign data into meaningful and actionable insights for clients
  • Make recommendations and highlight potential opportunities to key clients in order to optimise campaign performance
  • Managing the day to day of data delivery across all campaigns you are assigned to
  • Liasing with clients via email and phone to ensure their campaigns are running correctly
  • Presenting to your team the daily campaign performance of each campaign
  • Ensuring we are getting the information in time from Media Owners
  • Communicating/updating clients throughout their campaign

Skills & experience

Knowledge

  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience of working in a data management role (Desired)
  • Digital-out-of-home (DOOH) industry experience (Desired)
  • A-level in Maths (Desired)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
