We provide a comprehensive and fully integrated service and maintenance solution for over 2,500m2 of digital signage across the UK, including the iconic Piccadilly Lights. We maintain screens across a range of internal and external environments, including roadside, retail and sports stadia.
Reactive & Scheduled Maintenance
Hardware Maintenance is at the core of our business. It’s what we know best and what drives the engine of UniLED. Here at UniLED we pride ourselves on delivering a first-class service, which ensures your screens always look visually stunning and operate at their maximum potential, keeping the message powerful and the client’s brand distinct.
Content Management
With our experienced in-house content management team available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we can be on standby to receive, upload, vet, test, schedule and manage content on request, including all working and non-working days throughout the year. The number of uploads and scheduling requests is unlimited.
Dynamic Campaign Delivery
As an increasing number of dynamic campaigns are deployed across the Digital Out Of Home space, UniLED Solutions is well positioned to offer you the advice, infrastructure and capability to deliver these campaigns. We remove the hassle and make the process as smooth as possible, however complex it may be. We were an integral part of the team which delivered BA’s award-winning “Look Up” campaign in 2014 and we have worked on various other dynamic campaigns since.
Network Management
Using the very best software and the latest technology, combined with a robust and capable networking infrastructure, we can maintain and remotely monitor all screens 24 hours a day / 7 days a week so that when the unexpected happens, we can respond quickly and effectively. Our dedicated network servers and complete remote access guarantee that all software and networking issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Reporting & Data Analytics
An important part of our service offering is our performance reporting. For any campaign which runs on any of the sites we maintain, UniLED can provide tailored campaign & site-specific ‘proof of play’ reports, which will display the critical info you want. For any reactive call out, UniLED will also supply a full report detailing the nature of the fault, the repair action carried out and the time it took for us to complete the repair, furnishing you with all the information you’ll need to ensure we are meeting our SLAs.
Configuration & Commissioning
During a new screen installation, UniLED will purchase the most reliable and up to date communications equipment. We will then configure the equipment with as much redundancy and REM trouble shooting as required to ensure as much uptime as possible (in line with our SLAs). Following on from that, UniLED will configure all the screen LED hardware, as well as install and securely house the equipment in a cabinet.

The LED market can be a confusing place. With an overwhelming number of manufacturers offering a similar range of products, all with varying technical specifications, it is easy to see why people get confused. Without the technical expertise and market knowledge it is difficult to source the screen which best suits your requirements.
