He has a wealth of experience within the industry and his encyclopaedic knowledge - combined with his contacts - has ensured the company moves from strength to strength as it enters an important stage in its development.
David Shamash
Technical & Operations Director
David’s oversees the complex work involved in screen installations, screen commissioning and post-installation maintenance. In 2015, David was appointed to grow and develop UniLED’s Creative, Technology and Innovation Division, a key part of which will be to spearhead our dynamic campaign delivery and research and develop new technologies that make our business more efficient.
Tom Miller
Strategy & Logistics Director
Tom is responsible for overseeing UniLED’s day-to-day operational activities, as well as organising and managing the necessary resource and materials to ensure our service offering is successfully delivered. In addition, Tom is responsible for co-ordinating and implementing the strategic direction of the business, evaluating opportunities and risks, analysing company finances and opening up new routes to market. In 2015, he was tasked with driving forward UniLED’s Consultancy & Procurement arm.

Andrew organises and executes the daily operational requirements of the business. He is responsible for managing our team of technicians, ensuring screen faults are repaired as quickly and efficiently as possible and all our quarterly service and maintenance is carried out to the highest quality expected by our clients.
Lee Pinkus
Head of Content
Lee heads up our Content Management Division. As well as scheduling content across our screen portfolio, Lee also liaises with media owners, creative agencies and end clients to ensure all content is correctly deployed across our entire inventory.

Nickita is responsible for executing content scheduling instructions across our entire screen portfolio, as well as delivering our proof of play reporting service to selected clients.

Health & Safety Manager
As the company’s H&S Manager, Calin is responsible for ensuring all technicians adhere to industry standard safety guidelines at all times. In addition, as the company’s quality controller, he is also responsible for inspecting all the sites we look after and ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
