Hardware Maintenance is at the core of our business. It’s what drives the engine of UniLED and we pride ourselves on delivering a first-class service. Our scheduled maintenance team will visit your screens regularly throughout the year, ensuring your screens always look visually stunning and operate at their maximum potential, keeping the message powerful and the client’s brand distinct.
Whilst our regular scheduled maintenance visits will minimise any issues, as with any cutting-edge technology, digital signage will occasionally experience technical difficulties. Our experienced team of technicians are on call 24/7 and will respond to any immediate issues quickly, making sure repairs are completed swiftly and successfully, and your screens function perfectly at all times.
Our experienced in-house content management team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are always on standby to receive, upload, vet, test, schedule and manage content on request, including all working and non-working days throughout the year. Our unbeatable turnaround times mean that content can be deployed across our client’s screen network within minutes.
Dynamic Campaign Delivery
As an increasing number of dynamic campaigns are deployed across the Digital Out of Home space, UniLED’s content team are able to advise, integrate and deliver these campaigns across our clients’ inventory. We were an integral part of the team which delivered BA’s award-winning “Look Up” campaign in 2013 and we have worked on various other dynamic campaigns since.
Using industry leading software and the latest technology, combined with a robust and capable networking infrastructure, we can monitor and maintain all screens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our dedicated network servers and complete remote access guarantee that all software and networking issues are identified immediately and our technical team are on standby to respond promptly and effectively.
Monitoring & Reporting
As part of our service offering, UniLED Solutions remotely monitor all screens 24 hours a day and offer our clients fully accessible webcam feeds which can be viewed remotely from anywhere in the world. Furthermore, we provide our clients with a host or critical reporting including, campaign specific ‘proof of play’ reports, reactive & scheduled maintenance reports and inventory reports for full transparency and accountability at all times.
Configuration & Commissioning
UniLED Solutions have designed a unique methodology to account for all potential system malfunctions and provide full accountability to our clients. During a new screen installation our team will scope, procure, install and commission communications equipment to provide a fully redundant, robust and reliable configuration. Furthermore UniLED will conduct a full screen sign off audit to ensure it is pixel perfect.
